I Usually need at least 1 day notice if I have seen you before (or if you are a member of Date-Check/Preferred411) and 2 days notice if I haven't see you and I need to Verify a Reference...

Your Name, Phone Number, (let me know if Text Messages are Ok for you to get contacted back, and let me know between what Hours is OK to text you)...
Let me know what day/time do you want to see me and for how long ( 1hr, 90 minutes or longer, Also which session are booking)...
Please Provide Verification information, If you are Preferred411 or Date-Check Member include your Member Id number...
If you are Member of any other Board or Verification Site please let me know Which one and your User name there...
If you are not a member of any Verification Site, please provide a Reference (include her name, phone number and email/website information, also anything she may remember about you, to help her memory...
